Help us retrace your moves

For a bug report, include the game name, board size or level, your browser and device, and what happened just before the problem. Tell us what you expected to happen, too. A screenshot or the daily puzzle link can help when a particular board is involved.

Your scores and saved puzzles stay in your browser, so we cannot look them up from here. Please send only what is needed to explain the problem; you do not need to attach your full backup.

Looking for your saved game?

Back up or move your records before switching browsers or devices. If storage is blocked or cleared, a previous save may no longer be available.

Privacy and content questions

Use the same email for a privacy question or a concern about a game or asset. Include the relevant page URL and a short explanation. Our Privacy & storage page explains browser records and hosting; Credits lists the game and asset sources.
